Alexander Romanishyn

Strategy Director

Alexander Romanishyn is a seasoned executive and policy maker with over 15 years of experience in public policy, corporate finance, and strategic consulting. He has held leadership and advisory roles in both the public and private sectors.

In the public sector, Alexander worked with the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the Reform Delivery Office at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. He has expertise in policy development, team management, and coordinating international technical assistance for projects. He contributed to the World Bank Ukraine Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment, the Ukrainian Recovery Conference, and Ukraine’s Recovery Plan.

In the private sector, Alexander has evaluated, structured, and negotiated over 10 cross-border M&A transactions and private placements, with a total deal value exceeding USD 500 mn. He worked with EY Corporate Finance and M&A transactions, Midland Group UK, and Investment Company “Volwest Group”. He also led the World Bank’s private sector development project in Ukraine.

Alexander holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”.
