Maxim Gardus is a seasoned communications expert with over 15 years of experience in consulting. His expertise lies in crafting strategic documents such as communication strategies and information campaigns, as well as enhancing the capabilities of governmental bodies.
Maxim has collaborated with various prestigious entities, including the Reforms Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Sectoral Decentralization Project Office under the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, the National Reforms Council under the President of Ukraine, and NPC Ukrenergo.
Furthermore, he has engaged in international projects focusing on developing and executing information and communication strategies and action plans.
