Objectives:
Our Mission: Razom We Stand is a global advocacy organization dedicated to ending fossil fuel dependency that funds authoritarian regimes, accelerating Ukraine’s transition to renewable energy, and building a peaceful, climate-safe future for all. We believe that cutting the financial lifelines of aggressor states through systemic policy change and grassroots action is critical to securing global stability and environmental justice.
Public Benefits
Our work delivers tangible benefits for communities worldwide:
- Reducing Geopolitical Conflict: By targeting fossil fuel revenue streams that fuel aggression, we weaken the financial foundations of authoritarian regimes and promote peace.
- Advancing Climate Action: We advocate for EU and global policies aligned with the Paris Agreement, pushing governments and institutions to prioritize renewable energy and methane regulation.
- Empowering Ukraine’s Green Recovery: We support Ukraine’s decentralized, resilient energy systems, creating a blueprint for post-conflict nations to rebuild sustainably and independently.
Theory of Change
Razom We Stand drives systemic transformation through three interconnected strategies:
- Disrupt Fossil Fuel Financing: We lead targeted campaigns to halt investments in Russian oil, gas, and coal. By advocating for EU and U.S. sanctions on LNG imports, shadow fleet tankers, and methane emissions, we aim to dismantle the economic engines of conflict and environmental destruction.
- Amplify Renewable Energy Investments: We partner with international financial institutions (IFIs), governments, and municipalities to scale clean energy projects in Ukraine. Our focus on decentralized solar, wind, and microgrid systems ensures energy security while setting a global example for green transition.
- Mobilize Global Support: Through strategic communications, high-impact events, and collaborations with grassroots movements, we raise awareness of the links between fossil fuels, war, and climate chaos. Initiatives like COP29 advocacy and the EU-Ukraine Energy Summit unite policymakers, activists, and communities to demand urgent action.
