Working at Razom We Stand

In February 2026, Europe banned Russian gas imports for good — not as a sanction a single government could veto away, but as a binding law. Our amendments are in the final text.

That is the kind of thing we come to work to do.

Razom We Stand is a European energy and policy organisation, founded in Ukraine, working from Brussels, Kyiv and London. We turn documented evidence into European law and into the clean, electrified system that replaces what Europe gives up.

What that looks like in practice: Someone here follows a tanker through four flag changes and two shell companies, and months later, that vessel is on an EU sanctions list. Someone else is sitting with a member state’s energy attaché the week before a vote. Someone else is working out how a microgrid in a Ukrainian town gets financed and what has to change in Brussels for the next fifty years to follow. Evidence, pressure, coalitions. One method, aimed at the moment a decision gets made.

Why people stay: You will own your subject. We are a small team across three countries, so nobody sits three layers away from the work. If you lead on methane or on critical raw materials, you are the person in the room. You will see it land. We work in sustained dialogue with all 27 EU member states, and the research we publish turns up in sanctions packages and committee reports. The gap between doing the work and seeing it matter is short here. And you will be trusted with real files early. That is what a team this size can offer that a large institution cannot.

Who does well here? People who would rather move one file than comment on twenty. People who are rigorous about evidence, comfortable being the expert in the room, and able to hold their nerve on a subject that is politically contested and personally urgent.

If that sounds like the job you want, we would like to hear from you.
